Siân started working for COS in 2021 when the Jobsense project as a Compliance Administrator but transferred to become an Employment Advisor covering Conwy and Denbighshire.
Siân studied Applied Biological Sciences at Manchester Metropolitan University which led to her working in Pharmaceuticals as a Project Manager for over 15 years.
Siân has moved around for her career from Manchester to Denmark which she thoroughly enjoyed, learning a new language and culture, but is happy to return back to Wales.
Siân enjoys working on Jobsense as she feels inspired working with people that overcome so many barriers on a daily basis.
Siân’s goal is to walk up Snowdon which she plans to do with Lauren from the LiveWell project.
