Donna comes from a very different background having been funeral directing for 12 years. One thing she has brought with her is the ability to be sensitive to the needs of the people she works with.
She studied at Coleg Llandrillo and gained a BA (Hons) in Deaf Studies along with achieving her level 4 qualification in BSL. Donna has worked as a communication support worker and gained a teaching degree. She has taught basic Maths, English and digital skills, but has also done sessions on communication, Deaf awareness and employability. This has become particularly relevant to her role in assisting people looking to upskill.
Outside of work Donna enjoys spending time with her family and walking their little Yorkie dog, Fig. She is also a Halloween and Harry Potter fan.
